Anyone else realise that the jammie dodger was a jammie dodger straight away? We did lol but we didn't think it really was! On the whole as an episode I didn't like it as much as the first two, I don't like the new look daleks. But I'm desperate to know EXACTLY why Amy can't remember the Daleks.

I knew about the jammie dodger i looked and thought ang on a minute looked again and thought oh my god it's a biscuit! lol
I think with episodes 2 & 3 the standards have slipped, episode 1 was really really good, however after that the episodes didn't meet the standard of the first, anyone else think the same?

I did like episode 2 as much as episode 1 but number 3 wasn't as good.

Hmm I don't think the writings as good however Matt does have a few funny lines such as the jammy dodger one. I think the Doctor he's created is very comical which is good but its lacking something. And I think Amy's far too cockey and loud.

I quite like Amy, she puts the doctor in his place however similar to donna as she had that sort of role.

Yeah I like Amy - she's probably my favourite companion after Rose. But then it's hard to decide because I really liked Donna too. Martha I didn't like as much - she wasn't so funny and I was still grieving Rose at the time lol

Ha i'm the exact same! I didn't like Martha mainly because she took over the role of rose but also i was watching an interview with Billie and they mentioned Doctor who and Freema and she mentioned that she was jealous of her so i thought well, if Billie doesn't like her than i don't either! and that was even before she made an appearance on the show! Then after that i kinda held a grudge.

I don't think Billie meant she didn't like her just that she was sad she wasn't on the show anymore. Would be risky announcing that on TV haha but I understand what you mean.

Yeah but i interpreted it as "i don't like you" It was a couple of years back i was young! Can you imagine if she did say she didn't like her. I can see the headlines now....

I interpreted it as that too - she said that Freema was on the cover of DWM and she threw it across the room ;D

Ha! That's classic! However i think i would do the same if i was in Billie's position! Do you think she's over her jealousy of freema now as freema isn't in doctor who and they both did a couple of episodes together in series four.

I don't think she has to be jealous of Freema. She left the show, she was not *cast out*.
But she was certainly a bit *regretting* all the DW actions. It's certainly amazing to be one of the two principal characters of that show. And I don't think that the other companions had such impact.
Now I think she made until now a brilliant choice of role.

I agree Bertrand, Billie did give such an impact of character to the show and i don't think series one and two could of been more improved, Billie certainly started off the new doctor who with a bang with the episode "ROSE"
